Since opening her private practice in 2018, Tyra has guided clients through deeply personal journeys of self-discovery, blending hypnotherapy with energy work, mindfulness, and body-centered healing. Our Story
EnerCHI Hypnotherapy was born from the vision and passion of Tyra Woods-Wade, BCH, CCHt, LMT. A Board-Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Licensed Massage Therapist, Tyra’s journey began with her own powerful self-discovery and healing experience. Inspired by the transformation she found, she enhanced her education and expanded her practice to help others achieve the same sense of balance, renewal, and alignment. Since 2018, EnerCHI Hypnotherapy has offered a unique blend of hypnotherapy, massage, energy work, Reiki teachings, and retreat-style ceremonies designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. What started as a personal calling has grown into a trusted sanctuary for transformation—where clients are supported with compassion and empowered to live with clarity, peace, and purpose.
